A birth doula is a trained and experienced professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to a birthing person and their partner during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

Birth plan support only - $250 - $500

• One prenatal meeting, virtually, to develop a detailed birth plan, that fits your needs, experiences, and desires. Birth plan will be typed up, and formatted in an easy to read, share and display way, to make it easy for sharing with birthing location and medical providers. 

• Text support and phone support beginning at 30 weeks ($250)

• Two prenatal meetings, virtually, to develop a birth plan that fits your needs, experiences, and desires. One meeting to plan, and one to review. Birth plan will be typed up, and formatted in an easy to read, share and display way, to make it easy for sharing with birthing location and medical providers. 

• Text support and phone support beginning at 30 weeks ($500)

Virtual Doula Support - $650

• Two prenatal meetings, virtually, to develop a birth plan that fits your needs, experiences, and desires. One meeting to plan, and one to review. Birth plan will be typed up, and formatted in an easy to read, share and display way, to make it easy for sharing with birthing location and medical providers. 

• Text support and phone support throughout the duration of your pregnancy and two weeks postpartum

Birth support - $850 - $1000

One prenatal appointment, birth plan development, in-person birth support ($850)

• One prenatal meeting, virtually, to develop a detailed birth plan, that fits your needs, experiences, and desires. Birth plan will be typed up, and formatted in an easy to read, share and display way, to make it easy for sharing with birthing location and medical providers. 

• Your doula will be on call from 38 weeks to delivery 24/7 to provide support as needed. Doula will provide in-person labor and delivery support for you at your birthing location.

• On-going text/phone call support as needed throughout pregnancy — allow 24 hours for response. 

Two prenatal appointments, birth plan development, in-person birth support ($1000)

• One prenatal meeting, virtually, to develop a detailed birth plan, that fits your needs, experiences, and desires. Birth plan will be typed up, and formatted in an easy to read, share and display way, to make it easy for sharing with birthing location and medical providers. 

• One meeting to review birth plan, and make any revisions, voice any concerns. 

• Your doula will be on call from 38 weeks to delivery 24/7 to provide support as needed. Doula will provide in-person labor and delivery support for you at your birthing location.

• On-going text/phone call support as needed throughout pregnancy — allow 24 hours for response. 

A bereavement doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

Bereavement Support:

• Your doula will provide in-person support during miscarriage, delivery, or abortion. Will provide birth support, emotional support, and educational support. Will provide guidance while navigating grief. This can include providing information on grief and loss, helping with funeral planning, and providing resources for ongoing support.

• It is my hope to help you not only celebrate your child, but your grief as well. I want to take the focus off of the process and allow you to be present in the moment. 

• Support: Provide guidance and support. This can include helping with paperwork, providing resources, referrals to other professionals, making phone calls, and interacting with adoption professionals, 

• Preparation: Providing education and support around topics like attachment, bonding, types of adoption, parenting techniques.

• Emotional support: Provide emotional support, to adoptive and birth families and help bridge the gap between parents and expecting/birth parents. Develop birth plan and provide birth support to expecting parents.
